Pregnancy and childbirth is unique to each individual that experiences them. I aim to provide doula services and childbirth education that honors the sacred space of birth and the individual. I am here to help you achieve the birthing you desire by listening empathetically and catering my services appropriately. I want you to feel seen, loved, and heard as you bring your baby into this world!
HypnoBirthing® Classes
$425 group classes
$650 private classes
This is a 5-class series commitment. Each class is 2.5 hours and includes all necessary materials. The content will cover some basic childbirth education, such as hallmarks of the labor process, positioning of the baby, and language needed to advocate for your birthing time. After completion of the series, you and your birth partner will have the tools and coping strategies needed to relax into labor and welcome your baby in a peaceful and joyous manner. Group classes are held several times annually.

Birth Doula Services
Beginning at $ 1800
Making birth experiences feel more supported & grounded, while deeply honoring the mother.
My doula support is personalized to you—offering hands-on comfort, calm guidance, and continuous emotional and physical support throughout your birth journey.
From the moment you sign your contract through two weeks postpartum, you’ll have phone support and a trusted resource to turn to. Beginning at 37 weeks, you’ll have 24/7 access to me until your baby arrives, so you never have to wonder, “Is this normal?” or “What do I do next?”
We’ll meet a minimum of 3 times for plenty of time to build our relationship, answer questions, explore your birth preferences, create your birth plan, and prepare for the early postpartum period. Together, we’ll anticipate the transition ahead so you can step into motherhood feeling informed, prepared, and confident.
When your baby is on the way, I’ll be there with personalized comfort measures tailored to your needs—from hands-on support and positioning to reassurance, grounding, and helping you feel calm and connected as you labor.
After your baby arrives, my support doesn’t stop. I’ll help create a soft landing into those first precious moments of motherhood—making sure you are fed, clean, comfortable, and settled with your new baby.
You’ll also be welcomed with my signature Golden Hour Golden Milk, specially curated with slow-cooked oxtail bone broth simmered for more than 24 hours to support nutrient extraction. This nourishing beverage is designed to help replenish minerals and support your body’s natural tissue-repair process after birth.

Additional Appointments
$50/hour for additional appointments
Sometimes you might feel you want extra time and support from me. This can be before birth to iron out any final birth plan changes or details or after birth while you are getting the hang of the new mom gig. Either way, I am here for you.
