Pregnancy and childbirth is unique to each individual that experiences them. I aim to provide doula services and childbirth education that honors the sacred space of birth and the individual. I am here to help you achieve the birthing you desire by listening empathetically and catering my services appropriately. I want you to feel seen, loved, and heard as you bring your baby into this world!
Hypnobirthing® Classes
$400 group classes
$650 private classes
This is a 5-class series commitment. Each class is 2.5 hours and includes all necessary materials. The content will cover some basic childbirth education, such as hallmarks of the labor process, positioning of the baby, and language needed to advocate for your birthing time. After completion of the series, you and your birth partner will have the tools and coping strategies needed to relax into labor and welcome your baby in a peaceful and joyous manner. Group classes are held several times annually.
Birth Doula Services
$1111 $555 (for a limited time)
Make your birthing experience better with a doula. Offering hands-on comfort enhancement custom tailored to your needs. Phone support from contract signing, through two weeks postpartum. 24/7 access to me from 38 weeks until baby’s arrival. Two prenatal meetings for Q & A, writing a birth preferences list, and general birthing day planning. My continuous labor support will help to keep you calm and comfortable while you labor, plus golden hour support to make sure you’re fed, clean and comfortably settled with you new baby immediately following birth.
Additional appointments
$150/hour
Sometimes you might feel you want extra time and support from me. This can be before birth to iron out any final birth plan changes or details or after birth while you are getting the hang of the new mom gig. Either way, I am here for you.
